Fundamentals LLC is seeking an Instructional Aide / Education Support to work with students in grades 2–12 who may face emotional, behavioral, or developmental challenges. The role focuses on rebuilding confidence, developing coping skills, and strengthening academic abilities.

You’ll collaborate with licensed teachers and a multidisciplinary team, provide targeted support during Power Hour and other activities, and help students progress toward successful learning outcomes.

Qualifikationen

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Must be 18+.
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record preferred.
• Strong work ethic and dependable attendance.
• Positive, creative approach to problem-solving.
• Ability to remain calm and supportive during challenging situations.
• Willingness to learn and work as part of a team.

Aufgaben

• Build positive, trusting relationships with students.
• Support students with academic work, assignments, and classroom activities.
• Provide one-on-one and small-group support based on each student's needs.
• Help students develop coping, communication, social, and emotional skills.
• Reinforce classroom expectations, routines, and positive behaviors.
• Help students build stamina and skills for traditional school settings.
• Communicate observations and student progress with the team.
• Work alongside licensed teachers, clinicians, and support staff.
