Job summary

Clint ISD is seeking an Educational Aide for Horizon Middle School for the 2026-2027 school year. The role supports students and collaborates with teachers to create a safe, productive learning environment.

Minimum qualifications include a high school diploma or GED, either 48 college credits or an associate degree, and eligibility to obtain a Texas Educational Aide Certificate upon hire. Prior experience with children is preferred.

Salary: $106.00- $126.16
Days: 187 days per year (8 hrs per day)

Minimum Qualifications:

• High School Diploma or GED
• Meets the standards of ESSA (Every Student Succeeds Act); (1) Completed two (2) years of study at an institution of higher education (48 college credit hours); or (2) Associate's degree (or higher)
• Must apply and obtain a Valid Texas Educational Aide Certificate (UPON HIRE)
• Experience working with children preferred
