Job summary

Uintah School District is seeking part-time instructional aides for Discovery Elementary (3 positions) to support student learning. Up to 26 hours per week, voucher positions with no benefits.

Applicants must be 18+ and meet education requirements, including a High School Diploma or higher, with an Associate's degree or 48 college credits or passing ParaPro test upon hire.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma is required.
• Associate's degree or 48 semester hours or passing ParaPro test is required.

Responsibilities

• Be responsible for the education of assigned students.
• Create a flexible program and class environment favorable for learning and personal growth.
• Relate positively with students, staff, parents, and community.
• Assist with data collection.
• Assist with recess and/or bus duty as needed.
• Work cooperatively with all staff to insure a comfortable and pleasant working environment that will be conducive to learning and will encourage safety and good relationships.
• Other duties as assigned by school administrator.
