Job summary

Amazon is seeking an Instock Manager in Austin, TX to drive inventory optimization and distributor performance with the SCPM team. You will translate complex data into actionable insights and partner with WFM and third-party suppliers to improve supply chain performance.

Responsibilities include building repeatable reports, data wrangling projects, and creating clear visualizations using Excel, Power Query, Alteryx, SQL, and AWS tools.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of Excel experience.
• 4+ years of supply chain, inventory management or project management experience.
• Bachelor's degree, or 3+ years of professional or military experience.
• Experience with query tools, systemic data extraction, and SQL.
• Experience utilizing Alteryx, MS Excel/Power Query, AWS S3 and/or AWS QuickSight.

Responsibilities

• Generates repeatable, periodic supply chain reporting.
• First level investigation of report generation issues.
• Maintenance and oversight of all sites related to data intake, manipulation, and report delivery.
• Leads establishment and testing of new data inputs, and proactively identifies and resolves disruptions to existing data flows.
• Creates and maintains reporting, process flow mapping and documentation of report generation processes.
