• 3+ years of demand planning and forecasting experience.

• Ability to analyze complex data and translate insights into actions.

Responsibilities

• Define strategic direction for item lifecycle management and annual goals.
• Develop and execute center store inventory strategies across multiple categories.
• Improve in‑stock KPI and manage lifecycle events and launches.
• Identify capability gaps and create development roadmaps for OP submissions.
• Influence organizational direction on inventory planning best practices.
