Job summary

Amazon's Instock Manager role oversees inventory for World Wide Grocery Stores across categories/sites. You will optimize stock levels, forecast demand, and drive automation to enhance supply chain efficiency. This position emphasizes data-driven decision-making and scalable process improvements.

You will collaborate with Category, Operations, Supply Chain, Product, Finance, and more to impact availability, cost structure, and customer experience in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree required.
2+ years of supply chain, inventory management or project management experience.
2+ years of Excel experience.
Experience with advanced SQL for data mining or related BI tools is preferred.
Advanced Excel skills (macros, pivots, lookups) advantageous.

Responsibilities

Manage inventory availability and health through buying strategies.
Drive cross-functional strategic initiatives to improve customer experience and cost structure.
Perform complex business analysis to identify opportunities to improve revenue and profitability.
