Qualifications

• Minimum: BS or Pharm D degree in Pharmacy
• Possess and maintain a valid State License and current registration to practice Pharmacy
• Prior retail/community pharmacy experience required
• Experience with prescription dispensing, third-party claims, inventory, and pharmacy operations
• Ability to stand/walk throughout majority of shift

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily pharmacy operations, prescription dispensing, and quality assurance
• Ensure compliance with all state and federal pharmacy regulations and company policies
• Manage third-party claims, pharmacy inventory, ordering, returns, and outdates
• Maintain accurate prescription records and patient confidentiality
• Ensure pharmacy technology and systems are used effectively
• Lead customer service and loss prevention efforts
• Support pharmacy marketing, promotions, and departmental initiatives
• Maintain a clean, safe, and professional pharmacy environment
• Build relationships with physicians and other healthcare professionals
• Hire, train, coach, schedule, and oversee pharmacy staff
• Assist with budgeting, payroll, productivity, and department performance
• Support audits, regulatory requirements, and required training
• Facilitate communication between pharmacy staff and management
• Perform other duties as assigned

Schedule: 40 hours per week. Ranging from 8am-9pm with occasional weekend support
