Job summary

Radley James seeks a Junior-Mid level Sales Trader based in New York to lead distribution of crypto options, structured products, and other derivatives. You will act as the Crypto Derivatives product expert, working with clients and internal teams to promote trades and market color.

The role requires a quantitative degree and at least 1 year in a client-facing derivatives sales position, with strong knowledge of options and risk systems. Hybrid work in New York City is offered.

Qualifications

A well-reputed crypto market maker and institutional liquidity provider are looking to hire a Junior-Mid level Sales Trader based in New York.

This is a client-facing revenue generating role with primary responsibility for the distribution of crypto options, structured products, and other derivative investments. The role is critical to the continued growth of the firms leading options franchise and requires product expertise, strong commercial capabilities, and a collaborative approach.

The successful hire will serve as Crypto Derivatives product expert with current and future clients and work closely with peripheral stakeholders to promote crypto derivatives products, trades, and market color while expanding the firms client base

What we’re looking for:

• A Bachelor or Masters degree in a quantitative field such as Maths, Physics, Computer Science or Economics
• A minimum of 1 years experience in a client-facing derivatives sales role
• Strong working knowledge of options and familiarity with structured products
• Knowledge of options pricing models, software, and risk systems

This is a full-time, hybrid role based in New York City.
