Job summary

RootstockLabs is seeking a hunter to raise capital for an institutional grade, BTC denominated fund built from the ground up. You will own capital raising end to end, sourcing allocators and carrying each opportunity from first contact through to a signed subscription or facility, with no existing book to inherit.

You will work closely with the VP of Sales, the fund management team, and risk, legal and compliance.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in digital asset or regulated investment sales or similar fundraising exposure.
• Demonstrable client book, ideally raising significant capital (e.g., $15M+).
• Strong network among Bitcoin holders and allocators (mining, family offices, funds).

Responsibilities

• Build and own a qualified pipeline of allocators across institutional segments.
• Run full capital raise cycle from prospecting to signed subscription or facility.
• Represent the fund at industry events and ensure AML/KYC compliance.
