Job summary

Hatalom is seeking an Institutional Research, Assessment & Planning (IRAP) Analyst to support Marine Corps University and Education Command. This role focuses on institutional research, assessment, and data analysis to evaluate student performance, program effectiveness, and educational outcomes across resident and distance education programs.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Education, Statistics, Data Analytics, Institutional Research, Social Sciences, Business, or related field.
Experience in institutional research, assessment, program evaluation, or data analysis.
Proficiency in Excel and data visualization; ability to collect, analyze, and present quantitative and qualitative data.

Responsibilities

Conduct institutional research and assessment activities supporting MCU educational programs.
Develop, distribute, collect, and analyze surveys and assessment instruments.
Analyze student performance data and prepare reports on educational outcomes and program effectiveness.
Conduct test item analysis and assessment reviews to support curriculum improvement.
Develop dashboards, visualizations, and reports for leadership and stakeholders.
Support Course Content Review Boards (CCRBs) and assessment-related meetings.
Maintain assessment databases and institutional research records.
Prepare presentations, briefings, and recommendations based on research findings.
Support planning, accreditation, and continuous improvement initiatives.
