Job summary

Hermès International S.A. in New York seeks an Institutional Press Coordinator to support the Institutional Press Team within the Communications department.

You will assist with developing editorial placements, coordinating with editors, and handling logistics for Maison, Equestrian, and Institutional initiatives. The role involves monitoring coverage, supporting CSR and diversity & inclusion strategies, organizing events, and helping manage budgets and vendor invoices.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• 2-4 years of experience in a similar role and/or department.
• High level of attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines.
• Strong written, verbal, and presentation skills.
• Knowledge of Launchmetrics and Meltwater a plus.

Responsibilities

• Support Sr Manager with all Maison, Equestrian, and Institutional requests and initiatives.
• Develop and execute editorial placements in top-tier publications and digital media.
• Track press coverage and flag issues to senior team and Paris HQ.
• Contribute to CSR and diversity strategy to address sensitive situations.
• Liaise with editors, manage merchandise loans, assist with press strategies.
• Assist with events, travel logistics, and guest lists for HOP events.
• Track coverage of Maison, Equestrian, Institutional press and circulate results.
• Oversee press showroom inventory with Showroom Manager.
• Assist Director with budget development and invoice processing.
