Responsibilities

• Prepare food and serve three meals daily or snack lunch.
• Monitor meal service by inmates and maintain safety and cleanliness.
• Follow prescribed menu plans and monitor dietary requirements.
• Advise supervisor on supplies and restock needs.
• Potentially train kitchen staff and ensure professional conduct.
• Report injuries and policy breaches to supervisor or HR.
• Attend mandatory training; communicate effectively in English.
