Job summary

PIMCO is seeking a technically adept Corporate Actions Senior Associate in Newport Beach, CA to manage the end-to-end lifecycle of corporate actions and related events, ensuring data quality and governance while collaborating with Portfolio Management, Legal & Compliance, and IMS Operations.

You will design and maintain data pipelines from vendor feeds and custodians, leverage API integrations and AI automation to improve speed and controls, and contribute to strategic data initiatives across

Qualifications

• Minimum of a Bachelor’s Degree required.
• 3-7 years of experience in corporate actions and full asset servicing lifecycle for global assets.
• Experience with API integrations, data feeds, and automation to enhance workflows.
• Proficiency in Bloomberg, Excel, SQL, VBA, and Python.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the end-to-end lifecycle of corporate actions and related events (mandatory/voluntary actions, bank loan amendments/restructures, proxy voting, defaulted securities, class actions).
• Develop and maintain data pipelines for corporate actions data from multiple sources (vendor feeds, custodians, exchanges) with cleansing, normalization, reconciliation and data quality checks.
• Collaborate with Portfolio Management, Legal & Compliance, Account Management, and IMS Operations teams.
• Contribute to data governance, risk controls, and automation initiatives to improve speed and accuracy.
