• 7–10 years’ experience in institutional asset management, onboarding, or client servicing.
• Strong understanding of the institutional client lifecycle and operations.
• Experience managing multiple onboarding projects simultaneously.
• Knowledge of institutional investment products and workflows.
• Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving abilities.
• Attention to detail and operational risk awareness.
• Experience with client lifecycle management systems or onboarding platforms.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary operational lead for a portfolio of institutional clients.
• Lead onboarding and implementation projects from initiation to completion.
• Coordinate account openings, funding events, maintenance, and lifecycle updates.
• Respond to client inquiries and due diligence requests per service standards.
• Coordinate client reporting requirements with internal partners.
• Partner with Relationship Management to support the client lifecycle.
• Build trusted relationships delivering a responsive, solutions-oriented service.
• Develop and manage implementation plans and timelines.
• Coordinate activities across Investments, Operations, Technology, Legal, Compliance, and custodians.
• Identify risks, resolve issues, escalate complex matters.
• Maintain project documentation and clear stakeholder communication.
• Contribute to process redesign and automation to reduce risk.
