Responsibilities

• Coordinate annual budget planning and comprehensive budget processes.
• Produce monthly executive-level financial reporting and manage commitment tracking and discretionary resource pools.
• Optimize financial systems and workflows to improve operational efficiency.
• Oversee contracts and grants administration.
• Collaborate with divisional executives and department directors to develop fiscal policies and programs.
• Ensure compliance with federal, state, and University regulations while maintaining internal controls.
• Lead development of divisional budgets, fiscal reporting, and streamlined procurement operations.
• Provide day-to-day operational oversight, including personnel management, staff training, and billing/revenue workflows.
