• Receive reports of cases that fit instant response criteria and coordinate with ACS staff and external partners.
• Coordinate IRT to facilitate information sharing between agencies such as NYPD and DA offices.
• Prepare case summaries and provide data for management review.
• Conduct community outreach and perform related tasks as assigned.
