We are seeking an Experienced Installer & Service Technician to perform services and installations of gas, pellet, and wood hearth appliances at AES Hearth & Patio, a leading retailer of alternative heating, fireplaces, and outdoor living products with locations in Burnham, Newville, and Camp Hill.

This role involves:

1. Cleaning and troubleshooting products from brands like Heat-n-Glo, Harman, Quadrafire, Hearthstone, and others.
2. Installing gas, pellet, and wood stoves, inserts, and fireplaces.
3. Working safely at heights using ladders, scaffolding, lifts, and roofs.

Ideal candidates will have:

1. A friendly, team-oriented approach.
2. Excellent communication skills.
3. Attention to detail.
4. At least two years of experience as a Lead Technician and Hearth Appliance Installer.
5. Current certification or the ability to pass NFI Gas Certification within one year.
6. Experience with computer-based invoicing software (Evosus preferred).
