This position requires someone with 5+ years of field experience and the ability to perform service tasks independently. School is not considered field experience.

We're growing and seeking an experienced and knowledgeable HVAC Technician/Installer to join our team.

Responsibilities:

• Provide excellent customer service through effective communication.
• Install and service HVAC and IAQ equipment.
• Provide accurate estimates.
• Maintain regular working hours.
• Monitor truck stock to ensure availability of required parts and equipment.
• Maintain service vehicle, tools, uniforms, and other company property.
• Submit paperwork electronically upon job completion.
• Assist in other business functions as needed.
• Follow all safety policies and procedures.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

• Minimum 5+ years of field experience in residential HVAC service and installation (excluding schooling).
• Proficient in mechanical and diagnostic skills.
• Strong problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Well-groomed with a neat appearance.
• Positive attitude and willingness to learn and grow in the HVAC industry.
• Proficient with smartphones, tablets, and computers.
• EPA certification required; NATE certification is a plus.
• Physical stamina to perform manual labor and lift heavy equipment/tools.
• Clear written and spoken English communication skills.
• Valid Driver’s License with a clean driving record.
• Agree to drug testing.
