Experienced Installer & Service Technician

AES Hearth & Patio is a leading retailer of alternative heating, custom fireplaces, and outdoor living products from various manufacturers. We have showroom locations in Newville, Camp Hill, and Burnham, with an extensive Service & Installation Department in Burnham and Newville.

We are privileged to work with a diverse customer base, and as our business continues to grow, we are looking to add a new member to our service team!

We have an immediate opening for an Experienced Installer & Service Technician to perform services and installations of gas, pellet, and wood hearth appliances.

This person will…

• Clean and troubleshoot Heat-n-Glo, Harman, Quadrafire, Hearthstone, and other manufacturers’ appliances sold and/or serviced by AES
• Install gas, pellet, and wood stoves, inserts, and fireplaces
• Safely set up and work at heights using ladders, scaffolding, lifts, and roofs

We are looking for…

• A friendly and team-oriented approach
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Attention to detail
• At least two years of experience as a Lead Technician and Hearth Appliance Installer
• Current certification or ability to pass NFI Gas Certification within one year
• Experience using computer-based invoicing software (we use Evosus software from a mobile device to make notes and process payments)
