Job summary

O'Reilly Auto Parts is seeking an Installer Service Specialist to support professional customers at the store installer counter and oversee daily activities of the delivery team. The role focuses on accurate, timely order fulfillment and coordination with delivery staff.

The position requires a strong mechanical foundation, good communication, and experience in automotive repairs. ASE certification is preferred, with multilingual abilities a plus.

Qualifications

• Strong background in mechanics.
• Above average communication skills.
• Hands-on knowledge of automotive repairs (desired).
• ASE Certification preferred.
• Fluency in multiple languages (Spanish highly desired).

Responsibilities

• Work with installers/professional customers to develop sales relationships.
• Take customer orders over the phone and online, invoice orders, and direct parts for delivery.
• Ensure delivery vehicles are serviced and maintained to company standards.
• Verify all product/merchandise, including warranty parts and cores, are billed.
• Assist on front counter and backroom duties as needed.
• Process customer labor claims quickly and efficiently.
