Job summary

Closets by Design is seeking an Installation (in training) candidate to join our team in a role designed for growth. This entry-level position begins with a 10–12 week training program to build skills in installation and customer service.

Responsibilities include assisting Installers, communicating with clients professionally, and safely handling tools and vehicles. No degree required; coachable people who are punctual and team-oriented are encouraged to apply.

Qualifications

• No degree, certification, or specific experience is required. We are looking for coachable candidates!
• Customer-oriented, friendly, and punctual.
• Possess and maintain a current driver’s license, good driving record, and operate company vehicle in safe manner.
• Closets, garage, and office installation experience preferred but not required.
• A team-player.

Installation (in training)

We are currently searching for an Installation (in training) to join our growing team. This is an entry-level role, so the ideal candidate will be excited to grow their career in the field of installation. The training program is 10-12 weeks in duration.

Installation Assistant responsibilities

• Assist Installers with the installation of products in a safe, high-quality, productive and profitable fashion in our customers’ homes.
• Demonstrate a commitment to client satisfaction by communicating what is necessary in a genuinely friendly and professional fashion.
• Operate company vehicle, tools, etc. in a safe manner.
