Job summary

Closets by Design New Orleans is seeking an entry-level Installation Assistant to join our team. You will assist Installers with installing products in customers' homes, focusing on safety, quality, and efficiency.

We value coachable, customer-oriented individuals who are friendly, punctual, and responsible. A valid driver’s license is required to operate company vehicles as part of daily duties.

Qualifications

• No degree or certification required; coachable candidates preferred.
• Customer-oriented, friendly, and punctual.
• Must possess and maintain a valid driver’s license and operate a company vehicle safely.
• Closet, garage, and office installation experience is preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Assist Installers with installation of products in customers' homes in a safe, high-quality, productive and profitable manner.

We are currently searching for an Installation Assistant to join our growing team. This is an entry-level role, so the ideal candidate will be excited to grow their career in the field of installation.

The Installation Assistant will:

• Assist Installers with the installation of products in a safe, high-quality, productive and profitable fashion in our customers’ homes.
• Demonstrate a commitment to client satisfaction by communicating what is necessary in a genuinely friendly and professional fashion.
• Operate company vehicle, tools, etc. in a safe manner.

Requirements
