R&R Heating & Air Conditioning is seeking an HVAC Installer to install, maintain, and repair HVAC systems in commercial settings, ensuring the highest standards of quality and safety. You will collaborate with the project management team to ensure timely completion and deliver exceptional customer service.

Qualifications

• Valid EPA Certification.
• Gas Mech 1.
• WA electrical and Idaho trainee card.
• Proven experience as HVAC Installer with a focus on commercial projects.
• Valid driver’s license with acceptable driving record.
• Ability to lift 75+ lbs. and work in varying weather conditions.
• Commitment to quality workmanship and safety.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently.
• Strong communication and teamwork abilities.

Additional Skills (Preferred but Not Required)

• Gas Piping, electrical, or low-voltage experience
• Ability to read job plans, blueprints, or layout drawings
• Understanding of jobsite safety regulations and requirements
• Familiarity with ServiceTitan
• Procore knowledge
