Logan Services in Dayton, OH is hiring an HVAC Installer Apprentice to learn from experienced Lead Installers while earning pay. No HVAC experience is required—just dependability, motivation, and a willingness to learn as you start a rewarding career in residential heating and cooling.

You will assist with equipment installation, load and organize tools, keep jobsites safe, and learn installation techniques and basic diagnostics under supervision.

The Big Task

As an HVAC Install Apprentice, you'll work alongside experienced Lead Installers to install residential heating and cooling systems. You'll gain hands‑on experience, learn the trade from professionals, and build the skills needed to advance your HVAC career.
