Logan Services, Inc. is seeking an HVAC Installer Apprentice in Cincinnati, OH to learn from experienced Lead Installers while getting paid to develop skills that can grow into a full HVAC career.

No prior HVAC experience is required; we value dependability, motivation, and a willingness to learn. Paid training and clear opportunities for career advancement are provided on a supportive team.

The Big Task

As an HVAC Install Apprentice, you'll work alongside experienced Lead Installers to install residential heating and cooling systems. You'll gain hands-on experience, learn the trade from professionals, and build the skills needed to advance your HVAC career.

What You'll Do

• Assist Lead Installers with HVAC equipment installation and replacement

• Help maintain clean, organized, and safe jobsites
