Job summary

HomeTeam is hiring a Installer to deliver pest control services and install the Taexx system on new homes and buildings. You will follow a daily route schedule, ensure timely arrivals, and interact with homebuilders and field managers to meet deadlines.

No experience is required as training is provided; you will maintain licenses, present a professional image, and provide excellent customer service along your route.

Qualifications

• No experience required; training will be provided.
• Must be 18+ with a high school diploma or GED.
• Must have a valid driver's license.
• Ability to obtain termite technician or pest control licensing (company paid).

Responsibilities

• Follow a daily schedule, ensuring timely arrival at each job site.
• Install the Taexx System in new homes and buildings within scheduled route.
• Perform termite treatment services and interact with homebuilders, sub-contractors and field managers to meet deadlines.
• Submit legible, clear and accurate service tickets to office personnel.
• Provide exceptional customer service to homeowners every day as you work your route.
• Present a professional, tidy appearance, including your company truck, equipment, and uniform.
• Maintain your pest control license and keep your knowledge sharp by attending pest control seminars regularly.
• Stay motivated and focused while you work independently.
• Must be able to work Saturdays to complete installs according to builder home completion timelines as needed.
