Job summary

HomeTeam is seeking an Installer to join our growing pest management team. You will follow a daily schedule, install the Taexx System in new homes, perform termite treatments, and work with builders and field managers to meet deadlines.

No experience required; training provided. Must be 18+, have a HS diploma or GED, and a valid driver's license. Ability to obtain termite/pest control licensing. We offer competitive pay, benefits, 401(k), tuition reimbursement, and opportunities for advancement.

Responsibilities

• Follow a daily schedule, ensuring timely arrival at each job site.
• Install the Taexx System in new homes and buildings within scheduled route.
• Perform termite treatment services and interact with homebuilders, sub-contractors and field managers to meet deadlines.
• Submit legible, clear and accurate service tickets to office personnel.
• Provide exceptional customer service to homeowners each day on your route.
• Present a professional, tidy appearance, including company truck, equipment, and uniform.
• Maintain your pest control license and attend pest control seminars regularly.
• Stay motivated and focused while working independently.
• Must be able to work Saturdays to complete installs as needed.

Qualifications
