Job summary

HomeTeam Pest Defense is seeking a field service technician to serve homeowners with a positive, professional attitude. You will follow a route, install the Taexx System in new homes, perform termite treatments, and submit accurate service tickets.

No experience is required as training is provided; you must be 18+, have a high school diploma or GED, and hold a valid driver's license. Licensing is company-paid where needed.

Qualifications

• Ability to obtain termite technician or pest control licensing (company paid)

Responsibilities

• Follow a daily schedule, ensuring timely arrival at each job site.
• Install the Taexx System in new homes and buildings within scheduled route.
• Perform termite treatment services and interact with homebuilders, sub-contractors and field managers to meet deadlines.
• Submit legible, clear and accurate service tickets to office personnel.
• Provide exceptional customer service to homeowners every day as you work your route.
• Present a professional, tidy appearance, including your company truck, equipment, and uniform.
• Maintain your pest control license and keep your knowledge sharp by attending pest control seminars regularly.
• Stay motivated and focused while you work independently.
• Must be able to work Saturdays to complete installs according to builder home completion timelines as needed
