SOLAR TOPPS LLC is looking for hardworking individuals to join our Residential Solar Division in Phoenix, Arizona. We provide paid training, excellent benefits, and opportunities for advancement.

Your role will involve assembling solar racking systems, installing wiring, maintaining organized job sites, and ensuring safety standards. Candidates must be comfortable working in varying weather conditions and physically capable of lifting heavy equipment.

The pay ranges from $20 to $25 per hour, based on experience.

• Ability to lift 50–70 lbs regularly.

Responsibilities

• Assemble solar racking systems and solar arrays according to specifications
• Install grounding systems, DC wiring, and solar module connections
• Read and interpret plans, layouts, and wiring diagrams
• Perform solar panel installation and equipment assembly
• Maintain clean and organized job sites
• Perform system testing and troubleshooting
• Safely use power tools including drills, impacts, bandsaws, grinders, and saws
• Work effectively as part of a team

Requirements

• Comfortable working on rooftops and climbing ladders
• Able to work outdoors in hot, cold, and varying weather conditions
• Ability to lift 50–70 lbs regularly
• Able to stand, kneel, bend, push, and pull for extended periods
• Basic hand and power tools required (company assistance available if needed)
• Valid and clean driving record to operate company vehicles and travel to job sites
• Reliable transportation to and from job sites
• Must be at least 20 years old due to insurance and OSHA requirements
• Background check and drug screening required (excluding THC)
• Employment eligibility verified through E‑Verify

Schedule & Travel

• 5 days x 8 hours
• 4 days x 10 hours

Occasional overtime and overnight travel may be required with advance notice.

Pay

• $20–$25 per hour depending on experience
