Job summary

HomeTeam Pest Defense, Inc. is seeking a dedicated Installer in Bluffton, SC. You will follow a daily route, install the Taexx System in new homes, perform termite treatments, and maintain service tickets.

The role emphasizes a professional appearance, safety, and ongoing licensing. Training is provided, with opportunities for advancement and a comprehensive benefits package. Applicants should be at least 18 with a high school diploma or GED, have a valid driver's license, and be willing to

Responsibilities

• Follow a daily schedule and arrive on time at each job site.
• Install the Taexx System in new homes and buildings within the scheduled route.
• Perform termite treatment services and interact with homebuilders, subcontractors and field managers to meet deadlines.
• Submit legible, clear and accurate service tickets to office personnel.
• Provide exceptional customer service to homeowners on your route.
• Present a professional, tidy appearance including company truck, equipment and uniform.
• Maintain pest control license and attend pest control seminars to stay current.
• Stay motivated and focused while working independently.
• Must be able to work Saturdays to complete installs as needed.

As a HomeTeam Installer, you can expect to:

• Follow a daily schedule, ensuring timely arrival at each job site
• Install the Taexx System in new homes and buildings within scheduled route
• Perform termite treatment services and interact with homebuilders, sub-contractors and field managers to meet deadlines
• Responsible for submitting legible, clear and accurate service tickets to office personnel
• Provide exceptional customer service to homeowners every day as you work your route
• Present a professional, tidy appearance, including your company truck, equipment, and uniform
• Maintain your pest control license and keep your knowledge sharp by attending pest control seminars regularly
• Stay motivated and focused while you work independently
• Must be able to work Saturdays to complete installs according to builder home completion timelines as needed

Qualifications

Minimum Requirements:

• No experience required – training will be provided!
• Must be 18 years or older with a high school diploma or GED
• Must have a valid driver's license
• Ability to obtain termite technician or pest control licensing (company paid)

Physical Demands / Working Environment:

• Candidates must meet physical job requirements and safely perform the job duties with or without accommodations:
• Safely use a ladder within the manufacturer's weight capacity
• Lift and carry up to 50 lbs.
