HomeTeam Pest Defense, Inc. is seeking an Installer to follow a daily schedule, install the Taexx System in new homes, perform termite treatments, and provide exceptional customer service to homeowners on their route.

The role emphasizes independence, professional appearance, ongoing license maintenance, and willingness to work Saturdays as needed; training provided, competitive pay and comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• No experience required; training will be provided.
• Must be 18 years or older with a high school diploma or GED.
• Must have a valid driver's license.
• Ability to obtain termite technician or pest control licensing (company paid).

Responsibilities

• Follow a daily schedule, ensuring timely arrival at each job site.
• Install the Taexx System in new homes and buildings within scheduled route.
• Perform termite treatment services and interact with homebuilders, sub-contractors and field managers to meet deadlines.
• Submit legible, clear and accurate service tickets to office personnel.
• Provide exceptional customer service to homeowners on your route.
• Present a professional, tidy appearance, including your company truck, equipment, and uniform.
• Maintain your pest control license and attend pest control seminars regularly.
• Stay motivated and focused while working independently.
• Must be able to work Saturdays to complete installs according to builder home completion timelines as needed.
