Job summary

HomeTeam Pest Defense, Inc. is seeking an Installer to follow a daily route, install the Taexx System in new homes, and perform termite services while coordinating with builders and managers. You will ensure timely site arrival and maintain a professional appearance and license through ongoing training.

The role emphasizes independent work, strong customer service, and the opportunity to advance within a stable, growing company that values its employees.

Qualifications

• No experience required; training will be provided.
• Must be 18+ with a high school diploma or GED.
• Must have a valid driver''s license; company will assist licensing.

Responsibilities

• Follow a daily schedule, ensuring timely arrival at each job site.
• Install the Taexx System in new homes and buildings within scheduled route.
• Perform termite treatment services and coordinate with builders and field managers to meet deadlines.
• Submit legible, clear service tickets to office personnel.
• Provide exceptional customer service to homeowners on route.
• Present a professional, tidy appearance including the vehicle, equipment, and uniform.
• Maintain pest control license and stay current by attending seminars.
• Stay motivated and work independently.
• Able to work Saturdays to complete installs as needed.

As a HomeTeam Installer, you can expect to:

• Follow a daily schedule, ensuring timely arrival at each job site
• Install the Taexx System in new homes and buildings within scheduled route
• Perform termite treatment services and interact with homebuilders, sub-contractors and field managers to meet deadlines
• Responsible for submitting legible, clear and accurate service tickets to office personnel
• Provide exceptional customer service to homeowners every day as you work your route
• Present a professional, tidy appearance, including your company truck, equipment, and uniform
• Maintain your pest control license and keep your knowledge sharp by attending pest control seminars regularly
• Stay motivated and focused while you work independently
• Must be able to work Saturdays to complete installs according to builder home completion timelines as needed

Qualifications

Minimum Requirements:

• No experience required - training will be provided!
• Must be 18 years or older with a high school diploma or GED
• Must have a valid driver's license
• Ability to obtain termite technician or pest control licensing (company paid)

Physical Demands / Working Environment:

• Candidates must meet physical job requirements and safely perform the job duties with or without accommodations:
• Safely use a ladder within the manufacturer's weight capacity
• Lift and carry up to 50 lbs.
