Kempsville Building is seeking an Installed Manager to oversee installation services, repairs and remodeling work performed by installers, both employees and subcontractors. The role centers on managing installation schedules, ensuring quality workmanship, and delivering excellent customer service in line with company goals.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of installed sales or related installation experience.
• Strong knowledge of installation methods and processes.
• Ability to solve problems through analysis and troubleshooting.
• Excellent organizational, communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to analyze and provide recommendations to solve problems.
• Must have a valid driver’s license and reliable vehicle.

Responsibilities

• Identify and recruit qualified field personnel and subcontractors.
• Ensure paperwork requirements are met.
• Ensure installers follow the company’s code of conduct.
• Collaborate with the Installed Service Manager to meet sales and margin goals.
• Schedule and coordinate installed services.
• Identify installed sales opportunities and present to customers.
• Research market opportunities to grow installed sales.
• Ensure timely completion of jobs per contract.
• Maintain safety by following OSHA regulations and conducting inspections.
• Direct and train Installers to meet regulatory guidelines and ensure safe, efficient installations.
