Qualifications

• Experience in project management or on-site construction environments.
• Strong knowledge of construction methods and process improvements.
• Ability to analyze problems and apply sound judgment.
• Strong math skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication.
• Ability to analyze situations and provide recommendations.

Responsibilities

• Schedules and coordinates installed services.
• Analyzes job site with subcontractor prior to beginning of a job.
• Interprets plan to ensure that quality installation can be completed.
• Oversees subcontractors' work and ensures timely completion per contract.
• Provides project status and communicates issues to Installed Sales Manager.
• Estimates material take-off for project.
• Ensures materials are ordered and available for timely project completion.
• Direct installers/contractors to meet regulatory guidelines.
• Ensure installers have training to install safely and efficiently.
• Ensure installers/contractors are performing their job safely and OSHA regulations are followed.
• Direct and facilitates best practices to maintain safety standards via self-inspections.
