Job summary

Carter Lumber is seeking an Installed Sales Coordinator in Sanford, NC to support the Installed Sales Manager by coordinating program functions and processing paperwork in a timely manner. You will collaborate with Superintendents and Field Installers to keep jobs running smoothly and ensure communication flows effectively.

The ideal candidate demonstrates strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and proficient use of Microsoft Office to manage schedules, data, and service requests.

• Ability to multi-task, organize, prioritize and coordinate work activities.
• Effective oral and written communication skills.
• Ability to analyze and provide recommendations to solve problems.

Responsibilities

• Input and update the Installed Sales schedule.
• Manage the flow of paperwork and maintain information in the database.
• Ensure delivery of material is scheduled and job is ready for work.
• Keep lines of communication with field installers and Superintendents.
• Create service requests in the POS system.
• Ensure schedules and jobs are completed on time per contract.
