Job summary

Chadwell Supply is seeking an Installation Services Coordinator to support our sales team, customers, and partner installers involved in HVAC, appliance, and water heater installations, service work, and preventative maintenance.

You will manage installation and service orders, develop templates to streamline workflow, coordinate inspections, support warranty and special order activities, and help resolve purchase order issues.

Qualifications

• 1-3 years’ experience in HVAC installation or service.
• A high school diploma or GED is required.
• Strong communication, organizational and time management skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office and SalesPad.

Responsibilities

• Process all Installation & Service requests in the system.
• Assist in warranty and special orders process of any parts and service.
• Resolve Purchase Order discrepancies.
• Create templates for ease of ordering replicated unit styles.
• Research AHRI Certificate information for all products.
• Assist with administrative duties when necessary.
• Monitor and ensure Installation Services procedures are followed for ongoing installations.
