• Prioritize orders with past installation or service dates.
• Assist coordinators with invoice discrepancies and Medius-related requests.

Overview

The Installation Services Administrator supports sales team members, customers and partner installers handling HVAC, appliance, and water heater installations, service calls, and preventative maintenance. The role oversees diagnostic calls and findings, schedules all jobs, processes invoices, completes warranty registrations, monitors team email inboxes, and assists with the administrative requirements of vendor onboarding.
