Job summary

Empire Today seeks an Assistant Installation Manager to lead installation projects for in-home and B2B flooring sales. You will allocate products, supplies, and contractor resources, manage expectations before, during, and after installation, and optimize processes to ensure project success.

You will coordinate with managers, customers, and installer teams, driving on-time loadouts, handling change orders, and promoting safety and quality across sites.

Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent required.
Fluent English; bilingual Spanish preferred.
Proven ability to coordinate installations and manage contractors.

Responsibilities

Locate, evaluate and onboard independent installer talent to meet demand.
Liaise between managers, customers and employees.
Evaluate customer satisfaction of subcontractors and make recommendations.
Coach installer subcontractors to meet delivery expectations.
Direct subcontractor allocation based on licensure, qualifications, and geography.
Attend pre-loadout and post-loadout meetings and report status.
