Backyard Products is looking for qualified candidates for our Installation Manager position in Albany, NY. Our National Installation Organization is one of the largest in the industry, with 33 branch locations throughout the country.

We install Residential Storage units, Playground Systems, Pergolas, Gazebos, and Green Houses.

As an Installation Manager, we are looking for professionals that can:

• Communicate with our install customers to drive top Customer Satisfaction results
• Coordinate with our 1099 installers to ensure projects are assigned and completed in a timely manner
• Recruit contractors and assemblers
• Ensure responsive communication and timely resolution for escalated repairs or service calls
• Manage order preparation and the pulling of materials for delivery to customer sites
• Conduct occasional store visits with our vendor partners to represent the brand
• Oversee inventory control procedures such as cycle counts and annual inventory
• Ensure Purchase orders are submitted and received in a timely and accurate manner
• Promote a clean and safe warehouse working environment for our contractors and employees
• Foster an environment that empowers employees through collaboration, safety, high morale, and strong teamwork.

Required Requirements:

• Exceptional Customer service
• Proficient skills in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook
• Background check and drug screen required

Preferred Requirements:

• 4 years of installation/relevant construction building materials experience.
