Job summary

California Closets is hiring an Installation Tech in Inglewood, CA to install custom storage systems in homes and businesses. You will work with luxurious materials, read CAD drawings, and ensure precise measurements and quality service.

The role requires a valid driver's license and the ability to drive to customer sites. Schedule is Monday-Thursday, 7am-5:30pm with some flexibility. Pay ranges from $23.5–$25 per hour.

Qualifications

• Experience with hand and power tools and measurements.
• Strong customer service skills for in-home installations.
• Ability to read CAD drawings/blueprints and follow install plans.

Responsibilities

• Perform skilled and semi-skilled carpentry work to install custom storage systems such as closets, cabinets, offices, and other spaces in the home or commercial buildings.
• Utilize company-provided CAD drawings/blueprints to install systems properly and efficiently.
• Assemble and install systems of varying complexity.
• Assist in the removal and installation of materials in customer homes.
• Maintain shop tools and equipment in safe working order (tools are provided).
• Install systems independently or with team members depending on the size of the job.
• Provide a high level of customer service for in-home installations.
• Maintain safety standards at all time.
• Responsible for driving to and from customer sites and operating a company-provided vehicles in a safe manner.
• Perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned by the supervisor.

The Installation Tech installs custom designed residential and commercial storage systems and accessories using a variety of luxury materials. A successful candidate will have experience with hand and power tools, measurements and the ability to provide exceptional customer service to our clients.

Job Highlight

We're located on 709 Hindry Ave, Inglewood, Los Angeles, CA 90301, USA.

The schedule for this position is Monday-Thursday 7am-5:30pm with flexibility needed.

The pay rate for this position is $23.5 - $25/hour.

A valid driver's license and the ability to maintain a clean driving record is required for this position.
