Doist is seeking an Installation Tech to install custom storage systems in residential and commercial settings. You will work with luxury materials, read CAD drawings, and deliver excellent customer service during in-home installations.

The role offers a 4-day work week, pay between $24-$30 per hour depending on experience, and benefits such as health insurance, PTO, 401K, and company-provided tools.

Qualifications

• Experience installing custom storage systems in homes or commercial spaces.
• Ability to read CAD drawings/blueprints and install accordingly.
• Strong focus on customer service during in-home installations.

Responsibilities

• Perform skilled carpentry to install closets, cabinets, offices and other spaces.
• Use CAD drawings/blueprints to install systems accurately.
• Assemble and install systems of varying complexity.
• Drive to and work at customer sites in company vehicles.
• Maintain safety standards and provide excellent customer service.

The Installation Tech installs custom designed residential and commercial storage systems and accessories using a variety of luxury materials. A successful candidate will have experience with hand and power tools, measurements and the ability to provide exceptional customer service to our client.

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Perform skilled and semi-skilled carpentry work to install custom storage systems such as closets, cabinets, offices, and other spaces in the home or commercial buildings.
• Utilize company-provided CAD drawings\blueprints to install systems properly and efficiently.
• Assemble and install systems of varying complexity.
• Assists in the removal and installation of materials in customer homes.
• Maintain shop tools and equipment in safe working order (tools are provided).
• Install systems independently or with team members depending on the size of the job.
• Provide a high level of customer service for in-home installations.
• Maintain safety standards at all time.
• Responsible for driving to and from customer sites and operating a company-provided vehicles in a safe manner.
• Perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned by the supervisor.
