You’ll meet new people daily, troubleshoot issues, and be rewarded for delivering great service. The role includes flexible schedules, hands-on training, and opportunities to grow within a nationwide technology leader.

Qualifications

• Must have valid state driver’s license.
• Able to lift and move up-to 60 lbs.
• Willing to work evenings and weekends.
• Able to climb ladders and work in tight spaces up to 28 ft.

Responsibilities

• Install and activate high-speed broadband, Wi‑Fi and voice services at customers’ homes or businesses.
• Serve as a trusted expert, meeting new people daily and solving problems.
• Provide best-in-class service and ensure customer satisfaction with installations and activations.
