AT&T is hiring Installation Technicians to install and activate high-speed broadband, Wi‑Fi, and voice services at customer homes and small businesses across Mississippi. You will work independently as a trusted expert, meeting new people daily and solving problems to ensure a smooth setup.

The role offers hands-on training, a dynamic environment, and opportunities for career growth within a nationwide telecom leader. Schedule includes evenings, weekends, and potential overtime.

Qualifications

• Valid driver's license required.
• Able to lift and move up to 60 lbs as needed.
• Able to work in confined spaces or at heights (up to 28 ft).
• Willing to work overtime, on-call, and holidays.
• Identify wire and cable colors accurately.
• Complete pre-employment assessment successfully.

Responsibilities

• Install and activate high-speed broadband, Wi‑Fi, and voice services at customer sites.
• Provide best-in-class service and a positive customer experience.
• Troubleshoot and resolve basic installation issues.
• Meet customers and explain services, benefits, and usage.
