AT&T is seeking an Installation Technician in Corpus Christi, Texas to independently install and activate high-speed broadband, Wi‑Fi, and voice services at customers’ homes and businesses. You will meet new customers daily, troubleshoot issues, and be rewarded for delivering excellent service in a dynamic, customer-facing role.

This position requires a flexible schedule (including evenings and weekends), a valid state driver’s license, and the ability to lift up to 60 lbs.

Qualifications

• Willing to work a flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends.
• Must have a valid state driver’s license.
• Able to lift and move up to 60 lbs.
• Able to work in small spaces or aloft up to 28 ft.
• Available for overtime, emergency call outs and holidays.
• Identify wire and cable colors.
• Prepare to qualify on a pre-employment assessment.

Responsibilities

• Install and activate high-speed broadband, Wi‑Fi, and voice services at customers’ homes and businesses.
• Provide a seamless installation experience and elevate customer experience.
• Work independently as a trusted expert in the field.
• Troubleshoot issues and resolve problems during installation.
