Job summary

California Closets CCO is seeking an Installation Tech to install custom residential and commercial storage systems using luxury materials. Experience with hand and power tools and strong customer service are essential.

The role runs Monday–Friday, 7am–5pm with flexibility; pay is $20–$24 per hour; a valid driver’s license and clean driving record are required; company benefits include health insurance, PTO, 401K with employer matching, and company-provided tools.

Qualifications

• Must have valid driver's license and clean driving record.
• High School diploma or equivalent.
• Experience with common hand and power tools.
• Cabinetry or carpentry skills desirable.
• Strong verbal and written communication and listening skills.
• Able to lift 50 pounds and perform physical tasks.

Responsibilities

• Install custom storage systems in homes or commercial spaces.
• Use CAD drawings/blueprints to install systems.
• Assemble and install systems of varying complexity.
• Assist in removal and installation of materials at client sites.
• Maintain tools and equipment in safe working order.
• Install systems independently or with a team.
• Provide high level of customer service for in-home installations.
• Maintain safety standards at all times.
• Travel to customer sites using company vehicles.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Job Description

The Installation Tech installs custom designed residential and commercial storage systems and accessories using a variety of luxury materials. A successful candidate will have experience with hand and power tools, measurements and the ability to provide exceptional customer service to our clients.

Job Highlight:

• We're located on 2100 W Phelps Road, Phoenix, AZ.


• The schedule for this position is Monday - Friday from 7am-5pm with flexibility needed.


• The pay rate for this position is $20-$24/hr.

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Perform skilled and semi-skilled carpentry work to install custom storage systems such as closets, cabinets, offices, and other spaces in the home or commercial buildings.


• Utilize company-provided CAD drawings\\blueprints to install systems properly and efficiently.


• Assemble and install systems of varying complexity.


• Assists in the removal and installation of materials in customer homes.


• Maintain shop tools and equipment in safe working order(tools are provided).


• Install systems independently or with team members depending on the size of the job.


• Provide a high level of customer service for in-home installations.


• Maintain safety standards at all time.


• Responsible for driving to and from customer sites and operating a company-provided vehicles in a safe manner.


• Perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned by the supervisor.
