California Closets CCO is seeking an Installation Tech to install custom storage systems in homes and commercial spaces. You will use CAD drawings to guide precise installations, assemble systems, and assist with material removal on site. A strong customer-service mindset is essential for in-home work environments.

The role requires carpentry experience, a valid driver's license, and the ability to lift up to 50 pounds. A 4-day work week is offered along with comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• Must have a valid driver's license and clean driving record.
• High School diploma or equivalent.
• Experience with common hand and power tools.
• Cabinetry or carpentry skills desirable.
• Strong verbal and written communication and listening skills.
• Able to walk, lift 50 pounds, reach, stoop, stand, grasp, balance, climb stairs, kneel, and crouch.

Responsibilities

• Perform carpentry work to install custom storage systems in homes or commercial spaces.
• Use CAD drawings/blueprints to install systems properly.
• Assemble and install systems of varying complexity.
• Assist in removal and installation of materials in customer homes.
• Maintain shop tools and equipment in safe order.
• Install systems independently or with a team as size requires.
• Provide high level of customer service for in-home installations.
• Maintain safety standards at all times.
• Drive to and from customer sites and operate a company vehicle safely.
• Perform other duties as assigned by the supervisor.

Job Description

The Installation Tech installs custom designed residential and commercial storage systems and accessories using a variety of luxury materials. A successful candidate will have experience with hand and power tools, measurements and the ability to provide exceptional customer service to our clients.

***The pay for this opportunity is $28-$33/hr and comes with a 4 day work week***

***Must have 5 years of relevant work experience***

• Utilize company-provided CAD drawings\blueprints to install systems properly and efficiently.
• Assemble and install systems of varying complexity.
• Assists in the removal and installation of materials in customer homes.
• Maintain shop tools and equipment in safe working order(tools are provided).
• Install systems independently or with team members depending on the size of the job.
• Provide a high level of customer service for in-home installations.
• Maintain safety standards at all time.
• Responsible for driving to and from customer sites and operating a company-provided vehicles in a safe manner.
• Perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned by the supervisor.
