Job summary

Global Payments Inc. is seeking an Installation Technician to join the Implementation & Conversion Services team. You will partner with clients through conversion and implementation, configure solutions, and support system setup, testing, and production transition.

You will also assist with data mapping, validation, and conversion readiness to ensure accurate client configurations, while delivering education and ongoing support for long-term success.

Qualifications

• Associate's degree in Business, Computer Science, Information Systems, Finance, or a related field, or equivalent relevant experience.
• Experience supporting business systems, implementations, conversions, integrations, or client-facing projects.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to identify issues, evaluate options, and drive resolution.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills, with the ability to work effectively with clients and cross-functional teams.
• Proven ability to manage multiple priorities, stay organized, and deliver results in a fast-paced environment.
