Qualifications

• 2+ years of hands-on MEP installation experience
• Knowledge of HVAC, ductwork, piping, or basic electrical components
• Ability to read construction documents and blueprints
• Valid driver's license and clean driving record
• OSHA 10 or 30 certification is a plus

• Interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical documents to ensure accurate installation
• Perform system checks and troubleshooting to ensure functionality and code compliance

• Adhere to all safety regulations and company protocols
• Maintain tools, equipment, and workspaces in clean, working condition
• Provide excellent customer service on job sites and represent VMG professionally

We are currently seeking a skilled and dependable Installation Technician with experience in Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing (MEP) systems. Key Responsibilities

• Install and assist with the setup of mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems in accordance with project plans and specifications
• Interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical documents to ensure accurate installation

• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work in various weather conditions and physical environments
