Job summary
OPC Pest Services is seeking a dedicated Utility Technician to join a growing team serving Southern Wisconsin and Northern Illinois. You will install attic remediation systems, crawl space encapsulations, and gutter protection, protecting homes and delivering peace of mind to homeowners.
The role offers full-time, year-round employment with a company vehicle, training, and opportunities to grow. Competitive hourly pay starts at $25 per hour with additional commissions, plus strong benefits.
Qualifications
- No pest control experience required.
- Must be able to perform physical, hands-on work.

- Install attic remediation systems, crawl space encapsulations, gutter protection systems, and other home service products.
- Help protect homes from pest damage and head off future issues.
- Complete service-related documentation accurately.
- Operate company vehicles safely, including larger-capacity box trucks.

- Competitive hourly pay starting at $25 per hour, based on experience and skill level--our technicians earn $52,000 to $65,000 annually with uncapped sales commissions

- Work in a variety of environments, including attics, crawl spaces, rooftops, and exterior spaces
- Safely operate company vehicles, including larger-capacity box trucks
- Deliver quality workmanship that homeowners can trust
- Play an important role in helping your team exceed customer expectations
