A leading school safety software provider is seeking an Installation Technician to travel extensively and install safety technology across customer sites. This role requires excellent problem solving, customer communication, and technical skills. Candidates should be comfortable with mobility and have prior experience in customer service or technical installation roles. The Installation Technician is a hands‑on, customer‑facing role responsible for the installation, configuration, and verification of Raptor Technologies’ Bluetooth beacon and gateway solutions at customer sites across the country. This position is 100% travel and plays a critical part in ensuring successful deployment of our safety technology by delivering high‑quality installations, accurate documentation, and dependable technical support onsite. We are looking for individuals who live in the East Coast of the United States.
